TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND JUST BE

Just like the ocean, we are all effected by the pull of the moon. Full moons bring about a period of heightened emotions and stir the mental turbulences into a full on wave pool. For me, the effects of the full moon started over a week ago.  Since then I felt like I was spiraling into an abyss of emotion, worry, and doubt. But, with every passing full moon and every spiral I've learned that its in these moments where we can grow the most; all it takes it a moment to stop and breathe.
